I had Zero Trace out for a quote to take down a tree, told them I would let them know in a couple days, weren't pushy or calling every day to see if I had decided. Zero Trace took the tree down quickly and carefully with a pool, kids swing and fence nearby. I changed my mind and asked them to remove knowing it was last minute — they were able to pick it up within the next week.
